TestLab subscription terms

Effective: 15 July 2026

Trials and recurring plans

Eligible new organisations may start one 14-day Pro trial through Stripe. A valid payment method is required. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the trial automatically becomes a paid subscription at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Other paid plans begin when checkout completes and renew until cancelled.

Prices, tax and payment

The Stripe checkout page shows the price, billing currency, frequency and applicable tax information before you confirm. Mailvator does not store complete card details. Trial reminder email delivery depends on a valid account email and is not a condition of renewal.

Plan limits

Workspace, message, retention, API key, webhook and team-member limits are shown on the pricing page and dashboard. Mailvator may reject new usage above a limit. TestLab access requires an active trial or paid subscription.

Payment failure and cancellation

Administrators can cancel through the billing portal. Paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period. A failed payment may place TestLab in read-only mode for up to three days before it locks. When trial or paid access ends, private TestLab operations lock; billing management and eligible data export remain available.

Refunds and service changes

Contact Mailvator promptly about an incorrect charge. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. Mailvator may change plans or prices prospectively with reasonable notice where required.

Your responsibilities

Use synthetic test data, protect credentials, manage authorised users and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. TestLab is a testing service, not a production mailbox or permanent archive.
