Trials and recurring plans

Eligible new organisations receive the trial period shown when registering. A trial does not automatically become paid unless you complete checkout. Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled.

Prices, tax and payment

The checkout page shows the price, billing currency, frequency and applicable tax information before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; Mailvator does not store complete card details.

Plan limits

Workspace, message, retention, API key, webhook and team-member limits are shown on the pricing page and dashboard. Mailvator may reject new usage above a limit. A downgrade may reduce future retention and creation limits but does not promise recovery of expired data.

Cancellation

Administrators can cancel through the billing portal. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, access to paid limits continues to the end of the paid period and then returns to Free limits.

Refunds and service changes

Contact Mailvator promptly about an incorrect charge. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. Mailvator may change plans or prices prospectively with reasonable notice where required.

Your responsibilities

Use synthetic test data, protect credentials, manage authorised users and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. TestLab is a testing service, not a production mailbox or permanent archive.
