Acceptable use policy

Mailvator is intended for lawful privacy protection and responsible testing. You may not use it to harm people, evade legitimate controls or interfere with another service.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment or unlawful threats.
• Spam, malware distribution, credential theft or unauthorised access.
• Bypassing bans, account limits, trial restrictions or identity checks.
• Automated scraping, denial-of-service activity or excessive requests.
• Receiving or distributing illegal content or another person’s confidential information.

Enforcement

Mailvator may reject mail, rate-limit traffic, remove stored content, block sources or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse. Serious matters may be referred to infrastructure providers or appropriate authorities.

Report abuse

Email davidnovuk@gmail.com with the affected address, approximate time, relevant headers and a concise description. Do not include passwords, full identity documents or unrelated personal data.
