Editorial policy

Mailvator publishes practical guidance that supports the safe use of email and the responsible testing of software. Articles are written for readers first, not to inflate search traffic.

Research and review

Technical claims are checked against primary documentation, recognised security guidance and observable product behaviour. Each guide has a visible review date. We distinguish service facts from general recommendations and avoid unsupported claims.

Independence and advertising

Advertising does not determine article conclusions or placement in the guide library. Sponsored material, if introduced, will be clearly labelled. We do not sell favourable coverage.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected promptly and the review date is updated when the substance changes. Send correction requests to davidnovuk@gmail.com with the page URL and supporting evidence.

Responsible content

We do not publish instructions intended to facilitate fraud, access another person’s messages, evade service restrictions or distribute harmful software.
