What we provide
Visitors can create a public inbox without registration. Messages are retained for up to 24 hours and sender-supplied HTML is not rendered. Attachments are not made available.
What we do not promise
Public inboxes are not private, anonymous or suitable for sensitive accounts. Mailvator does not promise permanent storage, account recovery or guaranteed delivery.
How the free service is funded
The service is designed to be supported by clearly labelled Google advertising where available and after valid consent. Advertising never changes the public nature or retention period of an inbox.
Our operating principles
Collect less, explain limitations plainly, remove expired content, respond to abuse reports, and publish useful guidance rather than manufacturing pages solely for search engines.
